    What is a young carer?

A young carer is a child or person who helps to care for someone in their family who has a disability, long-term illness, mental health condition or who misuses substances.

Our Young Carers group is for children and young people at Muscliff Primary School. It gives them a chance to meet others, have fun and feel supported.

    What we do

    • Meet regularly in school
    • Enjoy fun activities
    • Spend time with other young carers
    • Help families find out about other sources of support

Would you like to find out more?
