For our topic sessions next week, we will be completing some art portraits of our grandparents. Please could you bring in a photograph of one of your grandparents that you would like to use (ideally the one attending the exciting ending). We will endeavour to return any photographs brought in. If you are unable to bring in a hard copy of a photograph, you may email a photograph in to making sure it is clearly labelled with name and class. Please make sure photographs are in by Monday 14th October 2019.

Many thanks,

The Year 4 Team

Just a quick reminder about home-learning...

All home-learning is now based online. Make sure you login to complete your weekly stars on Doodle.

Remember, it is best little and often but make sure you reach your target stars by the end of the week.

Also, your 4x weekly reading must be recorded it in your red reading record.

You can practise your times tables by using TT Rockstar which is the same login as your doodle.

Friday 6th September 2019

Welcome back!

Year 4 have had a wonderful first week back with lots of hard working and eager children.

Granny did it! We solved a crime on Thursday for our magical starter. Children became investigators and using the clues lead the crime to Granny! Children wrote a report and we were impressed with their writing skills.

Just a reminder PE is on a Wednesday and Thursday please make sure that the children have the correct PE kit (coloured house t-shirt, navy shorts and trainers).

The year 4 curriculum evening is Thursday 26th September at 6pm!

Have a great weekend!
