Staying in touch news:
Nancy has been very busy lately. She’s completed English and maths tasks and doodle, as well as lots of other activities, like painting the shed and making and launching a rocket! We are loving the variety of activities that you have completed Nancy, it looks like you’re having a lot of fun!

Thank you Louie for letting us know about all that you have been up to – you have also been doing lots of different activities. We love that you’re making the most of the free online activities at the moment, such as watching live streams from Edinburgh zoo and using David Walliams activity sheets to create cartoon drawings. He has also been completing science experiments, using the ‘Explosive Experiments’ science kit!
Ben has created a brilliant ‘physical snakes and ladders game’ that he is going to use with his brother for his PE session today! He has also begun the topic on the USA and has enjoyed learning about the geography of America and facts about Rosa Parks.
Katie has also been enjoying learning about the USA and has been researching key people that changed the history of the USA.
Your diary entry is brilliant Katie and shows that you have spent a lot of time researching what being a slave would have been like. We also love the use of feelings and emotive language that you included; it made us feel very sorry for the slave and helped us to understand that the life of a slave would have been very hard.
Star of the Week!
5BP – Alfie for regularly collecting lots of stars on Doodle maths, English and spelling. Well done Alfie
5KF – Nancy for the variety of activities that she has been doing. Keep up the great work Nancy!
