Message from the Head teacher 3rd June 2020
Good morning all,
After a huge amount of consideration, planning and risk assessing, we 're-opened' on Monday to some children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. (We were never actually closed!) We had over 100 children spread out across the school and we were delighted to see their happy faces. They had a lovely time, reconnecting with their teachers and each other. Thank you to all parents for adhering to the social distancing rules and staggering drop off and collection times. The staff have really enjoyed welcoming you back.
We look forward to welcoming more of our Reception, Y1 and Y6 families tomorrow. Please remember to follow the guidelines given in last week's letter. Y1 & Y6 children to come through Shillingstone gate between 8.30 and 9am please. Any children for the key worker groups (from Y2-Y5) to use Broadway Lane gate please. Reception use their usual gates.
I hope the rain stops and everyone has a good day.
Don't forget to look at the class pages for today's learning. There is a daily and weekly timetable of activities for those of you who are able to use it.
A huge thank you to you all for your ongoing support.
